Every piece is handmade to order and shipped internationally, with free tracked shipping on qualifying orders. As a general guide, most orders to the United States arrive within about 10–14 days: production typically takes 3–5 working days, followed by international shipping and delivery. Tracking numbers and links are sent to you by email after your order ships. We often add your tracking number early, before the item has finished production, so you can follow the process from the moment it is handed to the courier. Every piece is handmade, and with a little care it will keep its finish for years.

Everyday wear. Put your jewellery on last, after perfume, hairspray, moisturiser and make-up. These are the most common cause of dulling and tarnish.

Water. Take it off before showering, swimming or using a hot tub. Chlorine, salt water and prolonged soaking will damage the plating over time and can cloud the gem.

Cleaning. Wipe gently with a soft, dry cloth. Do not use silver dip, abrasive polishes, toothpaste or ultrasonic cleaners — these strip plating and can scratch the gem.

Storage. Store dry, away from direct sunlight, and separately from other jewellery so nothing scratches the gem.

Your photo. The image inside the gem is permanent and will not fade with wear. It cannot be changed once the piece is made, so do check your photo carefully before ordering.
