We proudly offer multiple shipping options for all of our products. You can find the estimated shipping time within each product's description, however as a general rule you can expect projection jewelry to take 3-5 working days for creation and up to 9 working days for delivery. During busy times such as holiday seasons, please expect an increased production & delivery time due to demand.

Tracking numbers and tracking links will be sent to you via email after shipping. We often add your tracking number early before the item has been created, so that you can track the process as soon as it is handed over to the courier. To track your order, please log in to your account and view the order status.

Please note that the estimated delivery times are estimates based on recent deliveries and shall not be seen as a guaranteed delivery timeframe. We do our best to ensure that the shipping process works as smoothly as possible, but in case of late delivery sadly we cannot issue a refund.

If you wish to make an adjustment to your order or details, you must do so within 6 hours otherwise we cannot guarantee that this change will be made before creation or dispatch - this is because we try to get your items to you as fast as possible, and any changes will disrupt this process.
