Shipping & Delivery
Every piece is handmade to order and shipped internationally. We offer free tracked shipping on orders that meet our minimum order value; orders below that ship for a small flat fee. The exact amount is shown at checkout in your local currency.
- Delivery timeframe: Because each item is custom made for you, please allow approximately 10–14 days from order to delivery for most orders to the United States. Production typically takes 3–5 working days, followed by international shipping and delivery. During busy periods such as holiday seasons, please allow additional time. These are estimates based on recent deliveries and are not guaranteed delivery dates.
- Order tracking: Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and link so you can follow your delivery in real time. You can also view this by logging into your account and checking your order status.
- Changes & cancellations: If you need to adjust your order or details, please contact us within 6 hours of placing it. After that, we may have already begun production and may not be able to make changes.
- In transit & issues: Once your order is handed to the courier, we will do our utmost to help resolve any delivery issues. If your order is significantly delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, contact us at info@hiddenforever.com and we will make it right.
