Every piece is handmade to order and shipped internationally, with free shipping and tracking on every order. As a general guide, most orders to the United States arrive within about 10–14 days: production typically takes 3–5 working days, followed by international shipping and delivery. You can also find an estimated time on each product page. During busy periods such as holiday seasons, please allow additional time.

Tracking numbers and links are sent to you by email after your order ships. We often add your tracking number early, before the item has finished production, so you can follow the process from the moment it is handed to the courier. To track your order, log in to your account and view your order status.

If you wish to make an adjustment to your order or details, please do so within 6 hours of placing your order. After that we may have already begun production or dispatch, and we cannot guarantee the change will be made — this is because we try to get your items to you as quickly as possible. Thank you.

Your photo is micro-printed inside the gem at the centre of the piece. It is permanent, and there is no screen, battery or app involved. There are three ways to see it.

1. Look straight into the gem. Hold the piece close to your eye in good light and look directly into the centre of the gem. Move it slowly until the image comes into focus.

2. Point your phone camera at it. Hold the gem a few centimetres from your camera lens and zoom in. The photo appears on screen, much larger and easy to show someone.

3. Shine your phone torch through it. In a dim room, hold the gem in front of your phone torch a short distance from a pale wall. The light projects your photo onto the wall.

Every piece is handmade, and with a little care it will keep its finish for years.

Everyday wear. Put your jewellery on last, after perfume, hairspray, moisturiser and make-up. These are the most common cause of dulling and tarnish.

Water. Take it off before showering, swimming or using a hot tub. Chlorine, salt water and prolonged soaking will damage the plating over time and can cloud the gem.

Cleaning. Wipe gently with a soft, dry cloth. Do not use silver dip, abrasive polishes, toothpaste or ultrasonic cleaners — these strip plating and can scratch the gem.

Storage. Store dry, away from direct sunlight, and separately from other jewellery so nothing scratches the gem.

Your photo. The image inside the gem is permanent and will not fade with wear. It cannot be changed once the piece is made, so do check your photo carefully before ordering.
