What kind of photo works best?
A clear, front-on shot of their face in good light. Our engravers trace the portrait by hand from your original, so detail in the eyes and muzzle matters more than resolution. Phone photos are fine.
Can I have more than one pet on the same keyring?
Yes — the multi-pet keychain takes two or three discs on one ring, each with its own portrait and name. Upload one photo per pet and enter each name at checkout.
How long does it take?
Engraving takes a few working days before dispatch, then standard shipping. If it’s for a date, order with a fortnight to spare.
Is this suitable as a memorial gift?
It is, and many are ordered that way. The engraving is permanent and the disc is small enough to carry every day. Add their dates in the name field if you’d like them included.
