Is the photo really visible inside the gem?
Yes. The gem is a tiny lens holding a micro-printed copy of your photo. Hold it up to a light source and look through it — the image appears in full colour. It isn’t visible at a glance, which is the whole idea.
Can the two necklaces in a set have different birth months?
They can. Enter a birth month for each necklace when you order and each pendant is engraved with its own flower.
What photo works best?
A bright, uncluttered photo with the faces filling most of the frame. Very dark or very busy images lose detail at this size.
How long does it take?
Engraving and lens-setting take a few working days before dispatch, then standard shipping. For a birthday or anniversary, order with a fortnight to spare.
